Production foreman

Summary:
The Production Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring production schedules are met, monitoring product quality, enforcing safety policies, and optimizing manpower allocation to meet production targets.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise daily production activities and production operators
- Ensure production schedules and daily targets are achieved
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment
- Allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime
- Prepare daily production reports, including output, downtime, and manpower utilization
- Train, guide, and evaluate production employees
- Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) within the production area
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Planning departments for smooth operations
- Promote continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
