Job Description

Core responsibilities
  • Supervision and coordination: 
    Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and their daily activities. 
     
  • Safety enforcement: 
    Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures for a secure work environment. 
     
  • Quality control: 
    Inspect work to guarantee it meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards. 
     
  • Project management: 
    Monitor progress, manage resources (labor, materials, equipment), and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. 
     
  • Communication: 
    Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. 
     
  • Problem-solving: 
    Address and resolve any issues that arise on the construction site. 
     
  • Documentation: 
    Maintain and submit daily progress reports and other necessary project documentation.
