Supervision and coordination:Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and their daily activities.

Safety enforcement:Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures for a secure work environment.

Quality control:Inspect work to guarantee it meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Project management:Monitor progress, manage resources (labor, materials, equipment), and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Communication:Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Problem-solving:Address and resolve any issues that arise on the construction site.

Documentation:Maintain and submit daily progress reports and other necessary project documentation.
