مطلوب مفتش سلامة وصحة مهنية للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساعدة في ضمان معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية في مكان العمل.
مسئولية الوظيفة:
1. تنفيذ فحوصات دورية لضمان اتباع جميع اللوائح والسياسات الخاصة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية.
2. تقديم التوجيه والتدريب للموظفين بشأن ممارسات العمل الآمنة.
3. تحليل الحوادث والإصابات المهنية وتطوير استراتيجيات لمنع حوادث مشابهة في المستقبل.
4. إعداد التقارير الدورية حول أداء السلامة والصحة المهنية في مكان العمل.
5. التعاون مع الجهات التنظيمية الخارجية لضمان التزام الشركة بأعلى معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية.
متطلبات المرشح:
1. خبرة سابقة في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية.
2. معرفة عميقة باللوائح والأنظمة الخاصة بالسلامة المهنية.
3. مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات بشكل مستقل.
4. مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع جميع مستويات العمل.
