شاغر وظيفي مراقب الإنشاءات مسؤول عن مراقبة وإشراف على عمليات البناء والتأكد من تنفيذها بمطابقة المواصفات والمعايير اللازمة.
مسئولية الوظيفة:
1. مراقبة ومتابعة عمليات البناء للتأكد من جودتها ومطابقتها للمواصفات.
2. التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين لضمان سير العمل بفعالية.
3. إعداد تقارير دورية حول تقدم العمل والمشاكل المطروحة.
4. ضمان مراعاة اشتراطات السلامة والأمان في موقع البناء.
متطلبات المرشح:
1. شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
2. خبرة عملية كمراقب إنشاءات لا تقل عن عامين.
3. معرفة عميقة بالمواصفات الفنية والأنظمة البنائية.
4. مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
5. قدرة على تحديد المشاكل وحلها بفعالية.
