الوصف العام :
نبحث عن مدير المشروع عن تخطيط وتنظيم وإدارة جميع جوانب المشروع لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح وفقاً للجدول الزمني
مسؤولية الوظيفة:
- تحديد أهداف المشروع ووضع خطط عمل فعالة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف.
- تنظيم الموارد اللازمة للمشروع بما في ذلك فريق العمل والموارد المالية والتقنية.
- تنسيق جهود أفراد الفريق ومتابعة تقدم العمل وإدارة تحديات المشروع.
- مراقبة التقدم في تنفيذ المشروع وتقييم أداء الفريق واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
-العمل بمشاريع البنية التحتية محطات صرف الصحي و تصريف مياه الامطار ومحطات تنقية المياه .
المتطلبات :
-خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنه في إدارة المشاريع وقيادة فرق العمل.
- اشتراك الهيئة السعودية للمهندسيين
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على تنسيق عمل المشريع
- قدرة على التعامل مع ضغوط العمل وتحقيق الأهداف في المواعيد النهائية.
- معرفة متقدمة بأساليب إدارة المشاريع وأدوات التخطيط.
