شاغر وظيفي :
مدير المشروع مسؤول عن تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح، من خلال إدارة فرق العمل وضمان تحقيق الأهداف في الوقت المحدد.
مسئولية الوظيفة:
- وضع خطط المشروع وضبط جداول زمنية .
- إدارة فريق العمل وتوجيههم نحو تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتقديم تقارير منتظمة حول الأداء.
- التواصل مع الجهات المعنية لتسهيل تقدم العمل وحل المشاكل.
متطلبات الوظيفة :
- خبرة عملية كمدير مشروع لا تقل عن 15 سنة.
- معرفة تامة بأدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل زمن المشروع وتقدير التكاليف.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على التفاوض.
- قدرة على التعامل مع ضغوط العمل وتحديد الأولويات بشكل فعال.
- شهادة معتمدة في إدارة المشاريع .
