Job Description
- إدارة جميع أنشطة ضمان ومراقبة الجودة خلال مرحلة استكمال المشروع والتسليم.
- التأكد من التزام الأعمال بالمواصفات والرسومات المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- الإشراف على أعمال الملاحظات (Snagging) ومعالجتها وضمان إغلاقها في الوقت المحدد.
- متابعة طلبات الفحص (IRs) وضمان الحصول على الاعتمادات اللازمة.
- التنسيق مع العميل والاستشاري لإجراء الفحوصات النهائية والحصول على الموافقات.
- قيادة إعداد وتقديم وثائق التسليم مخططات As-Built، تقارير الاختبارات كتيبات التشغيل والصيانة، وغيرها.
- ضمان إغلاق جميع حالات عدم المطابقة (NCRs) مع اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
- الإشراف على أعمال الاختبارات والتشغيل.
- قيادة فريق الجودة وتقديم تقارير دورية
Skills Description
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمدير جودة.
- خبرة في مرحلة إقفال وتسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد الوثائق النهائية والحصول على الموافقات.
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير الجودة .
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية.
- قدرة عالية على التنسيق مع جميع الأطراف.
- دقة في العمل والالتزام بالمعايير.
- القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل والالتزام بالمواعيد.
