شاغر وظيفي أمين مستودع مسؤول عن استلام وتخزين المواد بشكل آمن وفعال وضمان توزيعها بشكل صحيح وفقا للاحتياجات.
مسئولية الوظيفة:
1. استلام المواد الواردة وتدقيقها مع الفواتير والطلبيات.
2. تخزين المواد في الموكان المخصص بشكل منظم وفعال.
3. إعداد وتنظيم عمليات التخزين والتوزيع اليومية.
4. ضمان إجراء جرد دوري للمواد والتحقق من دقته.
5. التعامل مع استلام الشحنات وتحميلها وتفريغها بشكل آمن.
6. الالتزام باللوائح والسياسات الأمنية والصحية المتعلقة بالمستودع.
متطلبات المرشح:
1. خبرة سابقة كأمين مستودع أو في وظائف ذات صلة.
2. مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة وقدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية.
3. القدرة على رفع الأوزان الثقيلة والعمل في بكفاءة تحت ضغط.
4. معرفة جيدة بإجراءات التخزين الآمنة والتوزيع الفعال.
5. مهارات اتصال جيدة وقدرة على العمل بشكل جماعي.
6. شهادة في إدارة المستودعات أو مجال ذي صلة تعتبر إضافة قيمة.
