Talent Acquisition Specialist (Project-Based)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our ongoing and upcoming projects. This  requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands project timelines, and can deliver top talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

·         Coordinate closely with project managers and department heads to understand manpower needs.

·         Handle project-based hiring efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

·         Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future projects.

·         Post job ads, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews.

·         Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

·         Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the HR system.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in project-based or technical roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment tools.
