Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dashboards and management reports covering procurement spend, logistics cost, and performance KPIs.
  • Conduct price comparison and benchmarking for materials, services, and freight.
  • Identify and source potential suppliers and logistics providers; support supplier evaluation.
  • Monitor supplier, carrier, and shipment performance (cost, quality, delivery).
  • Monitor and track PRs and POs in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely processing.
  • Perform data entry and system updates for procurement and logistics transactions.
  • Track and report status of purchase requests, purchase orders, and shipments, highlighting delays or issues.
  • Support shipment processing and coordination with freight forwarders and transporters.
  • Support customs declaration and clearance documentation in coordination with brokers.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and QA/QC

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, MIS , Industrial Engineering
