A. Business Development & Sales
- Identify new sales opportunities in the fabrication, valves, and industrial manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers (e.g., Aramco, SEC, EPC contractors, distributors).
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical–commercial offers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations as required.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
B. Technical Support
- Interpret RFQs, drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and planning teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Provide customers with accurate technical advice, product selections, and engineering solutions.
- Support in product testing, inspection, and witnessing when required.
C. Customer Management
- Conduct client visits, build long-term business relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up on project progress.
- Maintain an updated customer database, visit reports, and sales activity logs.
D. Pricing & Negotiation
- Develop competitive pricing strategies based on cost, market conditions, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and commercial agreements.
- Participate in tender reviews and techno-commercial evaluations.
E. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with internal departments (Planning, Engineering, QC, Production, Supply Chain) for order execution.
- Ensure timely submission of sales forecasts and weekly activity reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
- 2-5 years experience in industrial sales, preferably fabrication, valves, machining, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of engineering drawings, materials, and industrial products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
