QC Inspector

Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous QC Inspector to ensure our products meet the quality standards set by the company. The QC Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects, and recommending improvements to the production process.

Job Responsibility:
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Identify any defects or deviations from quality standards and document them accurately
- Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality procedures
- Maintain detailed records of all inspections and prepare quality reports for management review

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role
- Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and observation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification or training in quality control is a plus

Skills:

• Good background in Quality Control within a coating, painting, or industrial manufacturing plant.

• Proficient with measuring tools (micrometers, thickness gauges, and gloss meters).

• Excellent eye for detail to detect small surface flaws and color inconsistencies.

•  Ability to understand Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and follow strict SOPs.

• Basic computer skills for logging data and creating simple quality reports.
