Location: In-Kingdom
Department: Operations Department
Reports To: Welding Supervisor / Project Manager
Job Summary: Performs welding using multiple techniques to fabricate, repair, and assemble metal components.
Key Responsibilities: - Weld using SMAW, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW, and other methods. - Read and interpret drawings and welding specifications. - Inspect materials and fit-up. - Ensure welding quality and compliance. - Maintain welding equipment and records. - Follow HSE regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma or Technical training in Welding. – at least [3-5] years of experience as a multi-welder. - Proficiency in multiple welding techniques. - Ability to read technical drawings. - Attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Preferred: - Certification from recognized welding authorities. – Third Party WQTR (Welding Qualification Test Record). - Experience in EPC, refinery, or industrial projects. - Familiarity with regional standards.
Other Requirements: - Must pass Aramco’s welding-specific procedures and test supplements. - If (Engineer/Technician) in profession must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
