Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper product placement according to approved planograms.
- Maintain excellent shelf visibility, facings, and product availability.
- Ensure all POS materials, displays, and promotional materials are correctly implemented.
- Monitor shelf share and maximize brand visibility in all assigned outlets.
- Coordinate seasonal displays and promotional campaigns.
- Minimize product returns and wastage.
- Ensure daily stock replenishment at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain product availability.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for additional shelf space and secondary displays.
- Assist key account managers during promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Analyze merchandising performance and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of merchandising experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in bakery, dairy, frozen foods, or fresh food products is preferred.
