Mechanical Technician (Static Equipment of Refineries)

Department: Operations Department

Reports To: Mechanical Foreman / Mechanical Supervisor

Job Summary: Performs maintenance, check out, commission, service, install, test, calibrate, repair and/or replace system components of all tools, machines and mechanical-static equipment’s.

Key Responsibilities: - In-charge for the installation, erection, Alignment, Testing & Commissioning of the equipment like Columns, Drums, Heat exchanger, Heaters and its related piping systems. In-charge for the assembly of column internal like Trays, Distributor, Pipes and Nozzles and Packing. – In-Charge for the Erection of Radiation & Convention Tubes, Air Pre-Heater, Air Ducts and supporting Structural of Fires Heaters. - Follow maintenance schedules and procedures. - Document maintenance activities. - Coordinate with engineers and supervisors. - Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills: - Technical Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent. – at least [3-5] years of experience in Refinery/Petrochemical Industry, mainly in maintenance related Pre-fabrication, Fabrication activities like reviewing of piping and isometric drawings. - Knowledge of refinery equipment and maintenance procedures. - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred: - Experience in EPC or industrial refinery projects. - Familiarity with regional safety standards.

Other Requirements: - CWQAP is mandatory for Saudi Aramco Projects. If (Engineer/Technician) in profession must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
