Mechanical Surveyor

Location: In-Kingdom

Department: Operations Department

Reports To: Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager

Job Summary: Conducts measurements, inspections, and surveys of Mechanical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site surveys for mechanical equipment and piping. – Researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence and other records to obtain data needed for surveys. - Document survey findings. - Coordinates the findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others that concerned with the project. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills: - License Geodetic Engineer or Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. – at least [3-5] years’ experience in the construction industry of which the last 3 years must be a Mechanical Surveyor. - Proficient in measurement tools and software. - Strong attention to detail.

Preferred: - Driving License (yes). Experience with oil & gas or industrial projects. - Knowledge of regional standards.

Other Requirements: - (Engineer/Technician) in profession must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
