Job Description
HR Project Manager for a Saudi Aramco-approved project will combine HR expertise with project management skills to deliver HR initiatives, focusing on compliance, workforce management, and strategic support. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR project lifecycles, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with Aramco and Saudi labor regulations, and maintaining the Saudization percentage. The role involves significant administrative, coordination, and strategic tasks, such as managing HR reporting, supporting recruitment, and facilitating employee relations to align with the project's and Aramco's objectives.

HR project management:Plan, execute, and deliver HR projects aligned with business goals, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Compliance and policy:Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and specific Saudi Aramco regulations and standards.

Saudization:Actively monitor and report on Saudization KPIs and take actions to ensure compliance with targets.

Recruitment and onboarding:Assist in the hiring process, from candidate sourcing and interviews to facilitating the onboarding of new employees.

Employee relations:Support employee relations, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee data, including attendance and time records.

Reporting and administration:Prepare daily, monthly, and project-specific reports, and maintain employee records.

Liaison and coordination:Act as a point of contact for HR-related matters, coordinating with both on-site and main office teams.

Strategic support:Provide strategic counsel and implement HR initiatives to support the project's success and overall operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles and project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management software like MS Project or Primavera P6 is often beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudi Aramco's specific HR and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing projects and teams in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in strategic HR initiatives and change management is a plus
