Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor to oversee our company's (ibhar albena real estate) safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and providing trainings to employees.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety-conscious work culture and encourage active participation in safety programs.
- Keep abreast of new developments in safety regulations and best practices to proactively address potential safety issues.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) is preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing safety programs and policies in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and presentations effectively.
- Analytical skills to identify safety risks and recommend corrective actions.
