Civil Supervisor

Location: In-Kingdom

Department: Operations Department

Reports To: Construction Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary: Oversees civil construction activities on-site to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities: - Supervises and leads work crews in all activities concerned in civil works aspects of a construction project, utilizing exemplary expertise in the application of systematic and scientific work methods and procedures. Knows the capabilities of the craftsmen, machines and equipment. - Coordinate and guide workers and subcontractors. - Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE regulations. - Monitor work progress and report status. - Conduct inspections and recommend corrective actions. - Assist in planning and resource allocation. - Maintain accurate records. - Support commissioning and handover.

Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field. - [5-8] years of experience. - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials. - Familiarity with HSE regulations and quality control. - Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred: - Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects. - Knowledge of regional construction regulations. - Professional certifications are an advantage.

Other Requirements: - if (Engineer or Technician) in visa profession must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
