شاغر وظيفي مراقب الشبكات تشمل مراقبة وصيانة البنية التحتية للشبكة الخاصة بالشركة لضمان سيرها بكفاءة وأمان.
مسئولية الوظيفة:
1. مراقبة أداء الشبكة وتحديد وحل المشكلات التقنية.
2. تنفيذ تحديثات البرامج والأجهزة لضمان تشغيل سلس وفعال.
3. إدارة أمان الشبكة بإجراء فحوصات دورية وتطبيق إجراءات الوقاية.
4. توثيق تقارير الصيانة الدورية وتحديث سجلات الشبكة.
5. توجيه المستخدمين في استخدام الشبكة وحل المشاكل البسيطة.
متطلبات المرشح:
1. درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
2. خبرة عملية كمراقب شبكات لا تقل عن سنتين.
3. معرفة جيدة ببروتوكولات الشبكات وأنظمة التشغيل المختلفة.
4. قدرة على تحليل المشاكل واتخاذ القرارات بسرعة.
5. شهادات معتمدة في إدارة الشبكات تعتبر إضافة قيمة.
