Logistics Documents Controller

The Logistics Documents Controller is responsible for managing and organizing all documentation related to the logistical operations of a company. This role involves ensuring that all documents are accurately processed, recorded, and maintained in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:
- Receive, review, and process all incoming and outgoing logistical documents such as shipping orders, invoices and customs paperwork.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval and reference of all logistical documents.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies, industry regulations, and international standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners regarding document requirements and status updates.
- Generate reports and summaries on document processing, accuracy, and compliance for management review.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, documentation requirements, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.

- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs documentation is a plus.
