Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, including supervising technical staff, ensuring efficient maintenance activities, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The role ensures that preventive maintenance and repair works are completed on time and in coordination with planning and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, electricians, welders, and technicians in the workshop.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) schedules are strictly followed and completed on time.
• Monitor breakdown repairs and ensure fast and effective turnaround of equipment and vehicles.
• Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Planner for scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure proper availability, use, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect completed repair and maintenance work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records and report fleet status, breakdowns, and repair progress to management.
• Support continuous improvement in workshop efficiency and productivity.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage workshop teams effectively.
• Solid knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Experience in workshop operations planning and maintenance management.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle breakdown situations efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
