- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse activities.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate warehouse activities.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
المهارات
- Certification in warehouse management or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
