Telemarketer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via phone to promote company products and services.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
