Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Strong experience in the contracting sector, preferably within Oil & Gas and Saudi Aramco projects.
• Extensive experience in Overseas Recruitment, including sourcing and hiring manpower from international markets.
• Proven experience in coordinating with overseas recruitment agencies across different countries.
• Strong experience in Local Recruitment and Local Transfer.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, and administrative positions for projects.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower requirements and sourcing to selection and hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing channels, and talent database development.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates who are currently available and not employed are preferred.
• Immediate joining is required.

Priority will be given to candidates with solid experience in contracting companies, Oil & Gas projects, and hands-on overseas recruitment experience.
