We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Truck Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and overseeing complex mechanical work on heavy trucks, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime, with strong experience in MAN, Volvo, and Mercedes-Benz Actros vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose complex mechanical faults and lead root cause analysis.
Perform major repairs on diesel engines, gearboxes, and driveline systems.
Carry out engine and transmission overhauls.
Handle under chassis repairs (suspension, bushings, mounting, alignment issues).
Repair and maintain air systems (compressors, valves, air leaks).
Inspect and repair brake systems (air brakes, discs, drums, chambers).
Supervise and support mechanics in complex jobs and troubleshooting.
Ensure quality of repairs and reduce repeat failures.
Test and validate trucks after repair to ensure safe operation.

- Extensive experience in heavy truck mechanical repairs.
- Strong expertise in diesel engines, gearboxes, and driveline systems.
- Advanced knowledge of under chassis, brake, and air systems.
- Ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Experience with MAN Truck & Bus, Volvo Trucks, and Mercedes-Benz Actros trucks is (preferred).
