About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to sell our. You will be the technical bridge between our offering and the client's project requirements, driving revenue while ensuring the right solution is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across construction projects in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and procurement teams.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site assessments to match solutions to client needs.
• Review project drawings and specifications to identify requirements and applicable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and submittals in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
• Get products specified into project designs by working closely with consultants and engineers during early project stages.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within approved guidelines to achieve sales targets.
• Track project pipelines, market activity, and competitor offerings; report on forecasts and progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, operations) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales technical support and resolve client issues to build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3–6 years of sales experience as Sales Engineer.

3. Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner

5. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities
7. Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

9. Problem-solving skills to address any technical or customer issues that may arise
10. Team player mindset to collaborate with other departments and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
