Location: In-Kingdom
Department: Estimation & Engineering Department
Reports To: EED Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for Management of bid package to meet bid requirements and to act as interim Project Manager until handed over to assigned Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead proposal preparation and submission. - Review project requirements and specifications and Kick-Off meeting and develop Job-ex questions for clarification. - Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams. Gather information to resolve clarification items in order to develop a well-defined bid proposal package. - Ensure compliance with client and company standards. - Maintain proposal records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field. – at least (10-15) years (post qualification) work experience in Estimating & Costing, Planning & Scheduling, and Bid Development. With an extensive field Construction operation background of not less than 5-7 years. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of tendering processes.
Preferred: - Experience in EPC or industrial projects. - Familiarity with GCC client requirements.
Other Requirements: - if (Engineer or Technician) in visa profession must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Driving license (yes). Seminar certificate holder for Construction Management & Supervisory Training Course, Planning, Scheduling and Costing.
