Maintenance Supervisor

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to perform and coordinate the maintenance and repair of fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that all systems are up to code and functioning properly to keep the premises safe in case of emergencies.

Job Responsibility:
- Perform the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems including fire alarm systems, sprinklers, fire pumps, and extinguishers.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all systems are regularly inspected and serviced according to regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on proper maintenance procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.

-Draft reports, offers, and send emails to clients.

Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field.
- Proven experience in fire protection maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in documenting maintenance activities and keeping accurate records
8. Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
9. Adaptability to handle emergency situations and make quick decisions in critical scenarios. Ability to respond to emergency visits all across saudi arabia according to client location.
