Machine Operator

Summary:
The Machine Operator for wire drawing section will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the wire drawing process to produce wires of various diameters.

Job Responsibility:
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper wire drawing process
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Inspect wires for defects and take corrective actions as needed
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in wire drawing or a similar manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with wire drawing machines and their operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Certification or training in machine operation and safety protocols is a plus

Proficiency in operating wire drawing machines
- Knowledge of wire drawing processes and techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the machine
- Understanding of quality control standards and procedures
