The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analysing, designing, and improving production processes, workflows, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality across the facility's operations. The role involves developing work standards, conducting productivity analysis, recommending improvements that enhance throughput and safety. The incumbent works closely its production, maintenance, quality and supply chain teams to ensure efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment.
المهارات
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
