Location: In-Kingdom
Department: Finance & Accounts Department (FAD)
Reports To: Finance Manager / Finance Director
Job Summary: Monitors, analyze and controls project costs, ensuring alignment with budget and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Track project costs and expenditures. - Prepare cost reports and forecasts. - Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions. - Coordinate with project and finance teams. - Maintain cost control documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, or related field. - [5] years of experience in project cost control. - Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. Knowledge in Oracle Projects & Costing.
Preferred: - Experience with EPC projects. - Familiarity with cost control software.
Other Requirements: - if (Engineer or Technician) in visa profession must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). SOCPA is an advantage.
