Engine and Vehicle Technician – Trainee

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Cooperative Trainee to join our maintenance team and gain hands-on experience in inspecting, servicing, and repairing engines and vehicles under the supervision of experienced technicians. This opportunity is designed to help students apply their academic knowledge in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles and engines.
• Support technicians in diagnosing basic mechanical and electrical faults.
• Use workshop tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Help with the replacement of components and post-repair testing.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in documenting maintenance activities and technical reports.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or bachelor’s program in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Maintenance, or a related field.
• Eligible for a cooperative training program through an educational institution.
