Location: In-Kingdom

Department: Operations Department  

Reports To: Civil Engineer / Construction Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for conducting surveys, measurements, and inspections to ensure civil construction works are executed accurately according to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements. - Set out construction points and levels. - Verify as-built conditions. - Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare survey reports and documentation. - Collaborate with project teams and QA/QC teams. - Maintain surveying instruments. - Ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Duties including calculations of latitude, longitude, angles ang areas and other information for map making.

Qualifications & Skills: - Licensed Geodetic Engineer and/or Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. - [3-5] years of experience. - Proficient in surveying instruments and AutoCAD. - Strong civil engineering knowledge. - Attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: - Experience with large-scale construction or industrial projects. - Familiarity with ISO standards and regional regulations. - Certification in surveying is an advantage.

Other Requirements: - must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and Ministry of Commerce (MOC).
