يهدف دور مدخل البيانات إلى إدخال وتحديث البيانات بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب ضمن قاعدة البيانات للشركة.
مسئولية الوظيفة:
1. إدخال البيانات بدقة وفقاً للاحتياجات المحددة.
2. التحقق من صحة البيانات وتصحيح الأخطاء إذا لزم الأمر.
3. التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان توافر البيانات وفقاً للمعايير المطلوبة.
4. الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات ومعالجتها بسرعة ومهنية.
متطلبات المرشح:
1. شهادة ثانوية على الأقل.
2. مهارات تحليلية ودقة في العمل.
3. القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط العمل.
4. إتقان استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج أوفيس كالإكسل والوورد.
5. الانضباط والالتزام في مواعيد التسليم.
