Training Requirements: HSE Awareness training, Basic Fire fighting, API QMS.
Responsibilities:
· -Review new Inquiry
· -Log the inquiry in ERP system.
· -Coordinate with stores and check the availability of material and spares
· -Coordinate with Procurement and get supplier quotation if required
· -Coordinate with production and planning for machining feasibility
· -Approve the inquiry in the ERP system
· -Coordinate with tendering team.
-Maintain lost sales inquiry details with reasons for review .
