Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & follow up on office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and ordering replacements as needed.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and services, like courier services, to meet the office's needs while identifying and establishing partnerships with local businesses to enhance office services and support.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when necessary.
  • Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Participate in office/site equipment procurement to ensure a well-optimized, comfortable, and inspiring work environment.
  • Establish and manage vendor relationships by coordinating services, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, processing invoices, and monitoring service quality.

Skills:
  • Proven experience in handling administrative activities, including managing office operations, office areas, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting processes and negotiation skills.
