Under Nominal supervision, sets up and operates CNC Machinery to fabricate products based on the drawings.

Compiles with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.

Communicating with supervisor if any related issues about operations.

perform and complete specific task of machining as assigned by supervisor.

Follow safety rules and regulations.

Report any incidents near miss to supervisor.

The operator shall be able to read and understand the product characteristics given in the route card.
Required Skills

1- Understands, interprets and edit FANUC G-code, Mazatrol controller.
2- Translates engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions.
3- Proficiency in using measuring instruments like Micro meter, Vernier, Bore dials, Bore gauge, Slip gauge etc ,,,
