Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Technician to join our team at an Industrial Compressors and Power-Generator factory. As an Industrial Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and programming various equipment and systems within the factory. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, along with your knowledge of industrial equipment, will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

Wiring and Troubleshooting: Perform wiring tasks, troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure proper connections in industrial equipment and systems.
Controllers Programming and Configurations: Program and configure controllers to optimize the performance of compressors and power generators.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance on compressors and generators, which includes replacing filters, coolant, oil, belts, and ensuring proper tensioning and pulley alignment.
Installation of Service Kits: Install service kits as needed to maintain equipment performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify issues in generators and compressors, including understanding power electrical circuits, both three-phase and single-phase.
Independent Maintenance and Repairs: Independently carry out maintenance and perform light repairs on equipment and systems, utilizing your knowledge and experience.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently when required.
Quality and Standard Adherence: Ensure that all assigned work meets the required standards by following manufacturers' technical information.
Utilization, Productivity, and Efficiency: Maintain the necessary levels of utilization, productivity, and efficiency, in accordance with manufacturers' standard times.
Adherence to Policies: Strictly follow company and manufacturer's policies and procedures.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism when discussing work with colleagues and peers.
Safety Compliance: Comply with health and safety regulations and practice safe working methods at all times.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product developments and attend training courses as required.

Qualifications:

• Saudi.
• Technical certification or relevant education in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in servicing air compressors, air dryers, and N2 systems.
• Strong understanding of motors and air systems.
• Knowledge of various industrial equipment and tools, and how to use them effectively.
• Competence in diagnosing and repairing issues with industrial equipment, especially air compressors, air dryers, and nitrogen systems.
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, including three-phase and single-phase systems.
• Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
