Responsibilities:
As an Operations supervisor at Alrashed Tires Company, you will be responsible for the following:
*Coordinating day-to-day operations activities to ensure efficiency.
*Managing and scheduling appointments for our sales team and technicians.
*Monitoring the progress of our technicians and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
*Providing support by assigning new technicians when needed.
*Managing equipment resources effectively.
*Managing the cost.
*Collaborating with the production manager to verify inventory levels.
*Handling invoicing and efficiently closing orders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree.
*Saudi National.
*Two years or more of relevant experience.
*Experience in the automotive or car-related industry.
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
*Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
