-Responsible to follow with qc inspector to execute the inspection plan of products
- Check the product conformance in accordance with specifications
- Preparation of Certification package of order acceptance product.
- Responsible to perform the calibration and manage external calibration system.
- assisting work to department manager
- Responsible to clear MRIR (Material Receipt and Inspection Report) by reviewing the Material test certificates against standard requirements.
-Liaison with third party welding inspector for conduct Welder Qualification as per WPS
-Responsible to review the receiving inspection report for customer supplied product.
-Follow OHS control measures identified in risk assessment sheets
-Follow OHS rules and regulations
-Report any incidents near miss to supervisor
