-Liaises with group level departments on social responsibility matters.

-Manages, coordinates, and conducts field assessments and reviews of social responsibility activities to ensure all operational activities are consistent with the needs of the organization, requirements of governmental regulatory agencies, and international best practice.

-Perform advisory role to site company management.

-Develop internal skills in different departments to handle social part.

-Develop partners to work with company effectively.

-Ensuring and assuring social baseline and impact assessment studies. Strategies stakeholder engagement activities.

-Lead Investigating and assessing social grievances.

-Conduct and oversight resettlement activities. .

-Influence workforce inclusive of vulnerable groups.

-Lead engagements and dialog with local enterprises.
