· Assist in the design and implementation of Al Company social channel plans.
· Organize and implement a year-round calendar containing social media posts, initiatives & programs for employee engagement aligned to its survey.
· Work with HR team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns.
· Propose new ideas to improve Company Branding
· Active participation in Company internal & external events / exhibitions as part of community engagement.
· Effective and inclusive updates of internal communication.
· Ensure effective internal circulation of corporate communication.
· Monitor & facilitate updated and engaging content for Group social and intranet portals.
· Support in writing content for the website and intranet.
· Foster relationships with key media contacts to encourage a favourable media treatment of the Group and coverage of Group CSR initiatives.
· Maintain and update the Social Channels Handbook and ensure Employees are aware of it.
· Manage all social channels for Group (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yammer, Instagram, Youtube…. etc.)Oral Written Communication, Digital Communication Skills, Marketing Communications Skills, Social Media Communications Skills
