Job Summary

  • Leading and directing all HORECA and Institutional business development strategy, research, insights, establishing a strong forward thinking division to capture a key position in this channel across KSA. You will own the HORECA and Institutional channel.
  • Managing the channel sales activities, ensuring high levels of customer understanding and ultimately satisfaction through ensuring right product basket and service delivered to provide the best solution for customers.
  • Defining general and competitive environments, identifying sustainable competitive advantages over competitors.
  • Understanding customers and channel dynamics, almost to the point of obsession with enormous focus given to data driven decisions to develop clear strategic, geographic and product basket choices to consistently deliver brand and product growth. Build strong relationships with all relevant internal and external parties.
  • Lead and Champion the HORECA & Institutional Innovation agenda strengthening the research, process, systems ensuring they are high quality, regularly updated, clear and connected for all relevant team members in order to develop new innovations to drive immediate and adjacent category growth, in addition to completely new category entry and development.
  • Partner with marketing team for B2B digital marketing / eCommerce activities ensuring powerful content is deployed in parallel with other marketing aspects, packaging, path to purchase, promotional activities to maximize profitable growth across the HORECA & Institutional channel.
  • Design, Develop and Execute world class program utilizing all aspects of the customer and end consumer journey including pre/post purchase delivering “added value excellence” across product sampling, quality, packaging, branding, point of sale, delivery service levels and channel knowledge which meet the strategic needs of marketing, sales and key customers.
  • Partnering with the management team to lead, advise and participate in building a great HORECA and Institutional business across the suite of Al Rashed Food Group current and future products building customers perception of Al Rashed Food Group as the key supplier and solutions provider across this channel, continually accelerating our commercial performance to achieve the company goals and objectives.
