Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Salesman to join our team! as Salesman, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and successfully closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the tire and automotive sectors.
  • · Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • · Product Promotion: Promote and sell a wide range of tire products, including commercial, passenger, and specialty tires, tailored to customer needs.
  • · Customer Service: Regularly communicate with prospective customers, demonstrating product features, answering queries, and securing orders.
  • · Sales Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • · Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals and KPIs.
  • · Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to develop sales strategies and promotional offers.
  • · Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

· Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

  • · Inventory Coordination: Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team for timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • · Proven sales experience, preferably in the tire and automotive industries.
  • · Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • · Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • · Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • · A positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mentality.
  • · Previous experience handling customer service and sales proposals is a plus.
