Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in indoor after-market sales of spare parts for machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering, coupled with a passion for sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Indoor After Market Sales – Spare Parts for Machines:
    • Proactively engage in the sales of spare parts for machines, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication, feedback sessions, and addressing their needs.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  3. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
    • Collaborate with technical support and service teams to resolve customer problems and deliver exceptional service.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and nurturing leads.
    • Implement effective sales tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Reporting and Presentation:
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales fields, preferably in the spare parts industry.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Solid technical knowledge.
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
