We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team and help ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.

‏Responsibilities:

As an Operations supervisor at Alrashed Tires Company, you will be responsible for the following:

*Coordinating day-to-day operations activities to ensure efficiency.

*Managing and scheduling appointments for our sales team and technicians.

‏*Monitoring the progress of our technicians and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.

*‏Providing support by assigning new technicians when needed.

*‏Managing equipment resources effectively.

‏*Managing the cost.

‏*Collaborating with the production manager to verify inventory levels.

‏*Handling invoicing and efficiently closing orders.

‏Requirements and Qualifications:

‏To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

*‏Bachelor's degree.

‏*Saudi National.

‏*Two years or more of relevant experience.

*‏Experience in the automotive or car-related industry.

‏*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

‏*Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

‏*Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
