We are looking for an experienced and well-organized administrative assistant to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
- JED System
• Entering the purchase order system for (trucks and passengers).
• Verify all the entered information, and if the tire is not available, we perform a stock transfer.
• Enter Local purchase order, and the local Match Voucher.
• Ensure the completion of all invoices and arrange them according to the serial no (PO, DN, Stamp).
• Report all the invoices in the excel sheet.
- Helpdesk system
• Entering the gifts purchases in the system.
• Generating quotations for the clients.
Requirements and skills:
- 1 year of experience.
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
