- Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
- Champion induction and on boarding process for all new starters
- Implement and arrange employee awards for ( services . recognitions . events . celebrations )
- Maintain updated calendar or annual local celebrations events such as ( national day , Eids , Foundation day . Ramadhan party . company annual event )
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
